Wibke Dauletiar partners with clients in the technology industry to build and develop growth-focused leadership teams. Based in Hamburg, she has over 15 years of experience in leadership advisory, change management, and board-level strategies. She coaches her clients through executive assessment and development, digital modernization, internal integration, and strategic communications.
Previously, Wibke worked at Gruner+Jahr/RTL, both subsidiaries of Bertelsmann, where she held senior level roles for 10+ years, including managing director of the Greenhouse Innovation Lab and general manager of transformation for the C-suite. In these roles, she identified new business models, launched new personnel structures and executive bodies, and drove brand, strategy, and business development across the portfolio. As a member of the management board, she launched initiatives that identified top digital talent within the company. Wibke began her career as a visiting associate with Boston Consulting Group.
