Based in New York, Viola is a member of Russell Reynold's global healthcare & life sciences practice, partnering with clients across a range of sub sectors including pharma, pharma services, medtech devices, diagnostics and life science tools. She also has a reputation for working with private equity-backed companies on board, CEO, and C-suite hiring, as well as advising the funds on building and developing effective leadership teams across their portfolio. Having lived and worked in Europe and the US, Viola brings an international perspective to assignments.

Viola‘s expertise spans CEO, Board, and other C-suite appointments across P&L leader, operations, commercial, and strategy roles for publicly traded, venture capital and private equity-backed clients. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Viola worked for another global executive search firm based in Los Angeles and New York.
