Shanin Lott

Shanin leads the Global Law Firm Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, specializing in placing C-suite leaders and top innovation executives for many of the world's largest and most influential law firms. She works closely with firm leaders around the globe on executive search, succession planning, Managing Partner succession, and leadership development, helping clients navigate pivotal transitions and drive transformation.

With a career spanning more than 25 years across law firm practice and management, Shanin brings a unique, firsthand perspective on the evolution of the legal industry. She has witnessed and helped shape the transformation of law firms as they adapt to new market realities, evolving client expectations, and the growing importance of innovation and culture.

Previously, Shanin was Chief People Officer for Norton Rose Fulbright Canada, where she advanced the firm's global people and culture strategy and led talent, performance management, and leadership development. Prior to that, she led talent management as well as marketing and communications team at Stikeman Elliott. Shanin began her career as a lawyer practicing complex commercial litigation in New York and Toronto.
