Scott has more than 25 years of experience advising leaders, making him a trusted advisor on senior executive performance, transformational leadership, and succession management. He has led global teams to deliver strategic initiatives ranging from enterprise transformations to C-suite coaching.

Based in Dallas, Scott has experience working with organizations in oil and gas, agriculture, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, media and entertainment, retail, and consumer packaged goods.

Scott spent more than a decade at PepsiCo as a human resources executive that focused on talent management and organizational development. He was responsible for leading the entire talent management lifecycle, including leadership development programs, succession planning efforts, talent retention, and analytics initiatives, for more than 27,000 professional employees.

Earlier in his career, Scott spent 15 years with Accenture in the firm’s talent management consulting practice. There he worked directly with clients’ senior leadership teams to design and drive transformation initiatives.

Scott received his BBA, graduating magna cum laude, in organizational behavior and business policy from Southern Methodist University.
Scott is currently pursuing a juris doctor degree so he can focus his post-career time on providing pro bono support to families with children who have special needs. He also sits on a non-profit board whose mission is to provide education, support, and athletic experiences to children with type 1 diabetes in the US and Canada.
