Scott E. Smith works as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across several sectors, leveraging his more than 25 years of leadership consulting and human resources expertise. Based in Dallas, Scott has led globally diverse teams to deliver strategic initiatives, ranging from large-scale enterprise transformation programs to coaching C-suite leaders and their potential successors.  Scott spent more than a decade at PepsiCo and was a senior director of talent management and organizational development. He focused on leadership development programs, succession planning efforts, talent retention and analytics initiatives. Earlier, he spent 15 years with Accenture in the firm’s talent management practice. There he worked directly with clients’ senior leadership teams to design and drive transformation.

Scott received his BBA, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, in organizational behavior and business policy from Southern Methodist University.
Scott holds several certifications in human resources and coaching from internationally recognized organizations such as the RBL Group, Hogan Assessment Systems and Cambria Consulting.
