Rebecca Hart leverages her experience in hospitality to put candidates at ease and uncover insight around their strengths, capabilities, and aspirations. She excels in aligning strong leaders to business strategy, with organizational culture as a backdrop, to drive results.  

Previously, Rebecca spent seven years at the boutique leadership advisory practice, Ampersand Leadership Group, enabling change and advising on talent strategy in high-growth environments for private equity. She worked across offerings and industries to meet the ever-changing human capital needs of investors, delivering organizational and executive assessment, leadership and team development, succession planning, organizational design, and culture/employee engagement work. She began her career in the non-profit space before shifting into the hospitality industry.

Rebecca holds a BA in communications/public relations from the University of South Carolina and a master’s in hospitality management with a concentration in real estate and finance from Cornell University. 
She also achieved Advanced Interpretation Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems.
