Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Rainie worked at a financial services-focused boutique search firm in New York. She completed searches for private equity, credit, and corporate firms across a broad set of geographies, levels, and functions, with a particular focus on private equity investment professional searches. Before that, she worked at the National Football League as a client relationship manager in the sponsorship group.
