Michelle Mion

Based in Milan, Michelle focuses on executive search and assessment assignments for companies in the consumer goods, retail, fashion and healthcare sectors.  She is  a member of the Digital & Media Practice, helping companies find leaders who can support them in their digital evolution. She is also a Sustainability Champion for the Consumer sector.

Michelle worked at The Boston Consulting Group before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. There she was a project leader, responsible for strategy assignment in the consumer goods and healthcare industries. Before that, Michelle audited companies belonging to multinational groups for PwC.
