Marcy Calaway advises clients on succession planning, talent selection, leadership transformation, and organization alignment. With more than 20 years of experience, she brings deep insight to her clients to help them build best-in-class leadership teams and identify, select, and grow leaders who drive sustainable performance. She is particularly focused on helping companies to better align their unique culture with strategic priorities. In addition, she has played a lead role in driving growth and innovation in leadership advisory within Russell Reynolds Associates including in the development of the firm’s proprietary senior leadership competency model. Marcy works with clients across industries, functions and geographies and has experience across multiple contexts including M&A, private equity, and business model change. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Marcy was the director of strategic initiatives at the University of Chicago. She also spent 10 years as a strategy and organization effectiveness consultant at Towers Perrin where she advised clients across sectors.
Marcy holds an MBA in strategy and finance, with high honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB in international business from Brown University.
