Based in New York, Maddy is a member of the HR Officers Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates. She specializes in the recruitment of Chief Human Resources Officers, talent, learning and total reward leaders, along with HR business partners and Chief Diversity Officers. She works with clients of all sizes and geographies.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Maddy worked for another large executive search firm in New York. During this time, she worked as a research associate focused on senior-level roles for public and private equity-backed healthcare services companies.
