Liz Cusack

Based in London, Liz Cusack is a Consultant in the Financial Officers practice, specializing in recruiting Chief Financial Officers across a range of industries including Consumer, Manufacturing, Retail and Technology. She also has experience in the appointment of senior direct reports to the CFO, including Group Finance Directors, Group Financial Controllers, and Commercial Finance Directors. Liz advises clients with a range of ownership structures including FTSE350, AIM listed, VC-backed, Private Equity and privately held businesses, across the UK, Europe and Asia.

Liz has over 20 years’ experience in executive search, having began her career in a leading executive search firm before moving to a boutique firm where she specialized in senior finance appointments.

With a particular focus on recruiting and developing next-generation finance talent, she has led various initiatives to identify and track the finance leaders of the future. She has had considerable success in helping companies increase diversity on their Boards, at Executive Committee level and the level below ExCo.
