Kenny Dougherty specializes in helping clients identify and recruit senior corporate affairs, communications, marketing, and government affairs leaders across industries—partnering with corporations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to private equity-backed firms, as well as non-profits.

Based in Washington D.C., Kenny is a trusted leadership advisor to clients navigating issues related to corporate reputation and brand transformation.

As a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Social Impact Practice and Customer Activation & Growth Practice, she brings nearly 15 years of executive recruiting and human resources experience across the technology, social impact, and asset management industries.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Kenny was with another large, international search firm, where she was a member of its global Technology Practice.

Kenny started her career at Viking Global Investors, a global investment firm. As a member of its human resources and foundation team, she focused on recruiting, employee engagement, and corporate philanthropy initiatives. She also spent several years with Blackbaud, a software company serving the social good sector, where she worked in executive recruiting and competitive intelligence research.
