Katy Schawe

Katy Schawe partners with industrial clients to help organizations identify and develop future-forward leaders. Based in Houston, she brings extensive experience in executive assessment and leadership advisory, including executive search and CEO succession expertise.

Previously,  Katy was the Global Knowledge Leader for the Industrial and Natural Resources (INR) team at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she partnered with leadership on commercial and strategic sector operations and developed market and talent insights. Before that, she served as the INR Americas Research Director, with a focus on global energy and energy transition, specializing in CEO succession and board work.

Prior to joining RRA, Katy led the research team at The Alexander Group, a boutique executive search firm focused on the energy, legal, non-profit, and pharmaceutical industries. She began her career with Maxwell Drummond, an international search firm.
