Jun Kawai

Jun partners with industrial firms to attract leaders who strengthen organizations with innovative solutions. Based in Tokyo, he brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development in the industrial and technology markets.  

Previously, Jun spent four years advising the global industrial market at another leading global executive search firm. During his time there, he conducted business development and search engagements primarily in the manufacturing industry. Before that, he was an executive search consultant at a Japanese boutique firm. Jun also held various roles in HR, talent acquisition, and computer software development at Sony.
