Hunter Burke partners with industrial clients across geographies to build top-tier leadership teams and address their executive search and assessment needs. Based in Dallas, he specializes in roles spanning operations, supply chain, R&D, strategy, and general management.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2018, Hunter worked as a production engineer for Devon Energy, an independent energy company based in Oklahoma City. During his time there, he focused on production optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost-savings projects.
