Hans Roth

Hans Roth is a member of the Board and CEO Advisory Group and a specialist in C-level assignments for leading companies in the energy and industrial sectors. Based in Houston, Hans also works with clients across the globe as the leader of the Industrial Services and Infrastructure team at Russell Reynolds Associates. Recent successful searches include the CEO for an industrial services company, CEO for a global engineering and construction firm, multiple C-level roles in the oilfield services industry and Board assignments across different industries. Additionally, Hans leads our Hispanic+ Corporate Director Initiative focused on connecting Hispanic/Latino leaders in Fortune 1000 companies.

Hans joined Russell Reynolds in 2010 from The Boston Consulting Group, where he partnered with clients to solve complex strategic and operational issues within the energy sector, most specifically Oil & Gas and Mining. Prior to this, he spent his earlier career with Othon Inc./Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Project Manager/Engineer in construction management.
