Fabio Loli specializes in individual and executive team assessment and development, serving clients from various geographies with a focus on Latin America. Based in Sao Paulo, he is a member of the firm’s Leadership and Succession team.

Fabio joined RRA in 2012 as a Researcher spending four years in that role and rejoined the company in 2018.   Prior to joining the firm, Fabio worked with a boutique outplacement consulting firm as a career consultant, coaching senior professionals during job transitions. He also taught leadership classes in college certificate programs.  

Previously, he worked for ExxonMobil and Schahin where he held positions in finance.

Fabio received his BA in international relations from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), his MBA in finance and business from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), his post-graduate certificate in human resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC-PR), and his master´s degree in business and organizational behavior from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). He is fluent in Portuguese and English, and he has a good command of Spanish.​
