Erin Zolna designs and oversees leadership programs that contribute to effective CEO succession planning and other leadership management activities. Based in New York, Erin has played a leading role in the development of service offerings at Russell Reynolds Associates. This includes leadership assessment, cultural diagnosis and the measurement of executive fit to a given organizational culture. Erin advises clients across industries during M&A due diligence and the integration of new firms on organizational culture, talent and the creation of new executive teams. While Erin works across sectors as part of our Leadership & Succession team, she has also done considerable work within the healthcare sector. She also works with private equity clients to conduct management team assessments, trainings and advisory projects.
Erin holds a BS in psychology from Tulane University, as well as an MS and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Georgia Tech.
