Emmy Melville advises clients in creating bespoke executive development programs, tailored coaching solutions, and delivering senior team effectiveness programs. Based out of Atlanta, GA Emmy is a key member of the firm’s Executive Development advisory practice and she leads the Executive Coaching solutions and offerings for the Americas region. She is skilled in engaging C-suite and senior executives across all industries in rethinking the way they lead, the way they interact with their teams, and how they influence their organizations.

Prior to Russell Reynolds, Emmy was a Director of Leadership Programs for Duke Corporate Education, where she guided Fortune 100/500 clients in developing and implementing their corporate executive leadership programs. Previously, Emmy served as a Senior Team Leader for Client Solutions and a Senior Manager for Leadership Development for the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where she drove talent development, account planning ownership and strategic growth for Financial Services clients.

Emmy holds a master’s in global public policy from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas – Austin, and a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from the University of North Carolina – Asheville. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
