Christina Wilson advises global C-suite leaders through managing organizational transformation and reprioritizing short and long-term strategic options for their business. Based in Melbourne, where she advises APAC-based Industrial and Natural Resources businesses, Christina applies over 20 years of global leadership experience in transformation, strategy, customer experience, sales, marketing and operations. She works closely with clients, coaching and advising them to execute successful leadership strategies within the industrial space. Christina began her career in the packaging industry and has since held a variety of positions – from engineer and front-line leader in manufacturing to P&L executive in financial services.

Prior to Russell Reynolds, she was the global head of marketing, customer centricity and insights at Toll, where she launched and led a customer-centric transformation program across the organization. Before that, she worked at Origin Energy, where she was the retail executive focusing on customer sales and operations among other roles.  She also spent 12 years at General Electric Australia, where she held several leadership positions – including general manager of the GE Myer credit card business.

Christina holds a B.E. in chemical engineering (chemical) from the University of Melbourne and, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
