Callie Bennett

She brings over a decade of experience in progressive merchandising, design operations, and product management roles within global retail environments, in addition to nearly a decade in executive search. Based in San Francisco, she mostly partners with organizations in retail, hospitality, consumer manufacturing, consumer technology, services, and media and entertainment.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Callie spent six years as an executive recruiter at another global executive search firm in their financial officer’s practice. Prior to that, she worked as a senior director of talent acquisition at Gap Inc.
