His expertise extends globally, where he leverages his extensive background in business psychology, organizational development and leadership consulting to deliver valuable insights and guidance on executive leadership assessments, CEO and C-suite succession planning, as well as board and executive team development initiatives.
Prior to joining RRA, Andrew was a partner at a leading human capital consultancy in the UK. Over the course of his six-year tenure, he developed strong relationships across a diverse client base, placing particular emphasis on board assessment and development, as well as enhancing leadership teams and individual leaders. Prior to this, Andrew was a consultant at a boutique leadership advisory, where he focused on executive search, assessment, and talent projects across a range of sectors. He began his career in executive recruitment.
