Based in London, he has over 15 years of experience in leadership, assessment, and talent consulting.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Andrew was a partner at the human capital consultancy GatenbySanderson. Over the course of his six-year tenure, he oversaw the growth of the leadership and talent consultancy practice, focusing primarily on the development of boards, leadership teams, and leaders across the public sector.
Before that, Andrew was a consultant at the boutique leadership advisory business Wickland Westcott, where he focused on executive search, assessment, and talent projects across a range of sectors. He began his career in executive recruitment.
