Amelia Reid advises clients on people strategy, transformation and organizational design within the food and beverage, retail and broader consumer sector. Based in London, Amelia leverages her deep industry experience across both the United Kingdom and the United States to assess and develop top talent for organizations of all sizes and geographies. Amelia served as the People Director for New England Seafood, a leading private company in the food manufacturing sector before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. In this role she led recruitment, training and other culture initiatives for the organization, as well as serving on the management board and leading board effectiveness programs. Before that, Amelia led change and restructuring initiatives at Tesco Group and later served as Head of Colleague Engagement for the UK retail business. Amelia began her career at Humana, a health insurance firm based in Louisville, Kentucky, as an executive speechwriter and communications consultant.
Amelia holds a BA in history from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
