Based in Montreal, Alain is an experienced industrial and organizational psychologist with more than 30 years of experience advising organizations and leading teams. He advises clients on executive development, senior leadership coaching, executive succession planning, organizational design and transformation, bringing a practical, deeply human perspective to complex leadership challenges.

He works closely with clients to understand not only who their leaders are today, but what their organizations will need from them as the business evolves. His work is grounded in helping senior executives and leadership teams adapt to change, lead more effectively, and build the capabilities needed to transform.

Alain previously spent 18 years with another leading executive search firm. Before he owned and operated a manufacturing organization and he spent 10 years as an Officer in the Canadian Armed forces with the 34th Combat Brigade.

Alain has a BSc. in psychology. He earned a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Montréal.
