Alain Ishak

Alain Ishak is an experienced industrial and organizational psychologist who specializes in senior level assessment, coach, succession planning and executive team effectiveness. Based in Montreal, Alain is a member of the Leadership & Succession Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates. He leverages his more than 25 years of consulting experience to provide clients with tailored solutions for their most pressing leadership challenges.

Alain previously spent 18 years with another leading executive search firm. He held various positions, including director of business development for global client relationships. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant for ISO Group, where he managed client relationships and internal human resources. Previously, Alain worked as an industrial and organizational psychologist for a large Quebec consulting firm.
