Adele Farag

An expert in assessing and developing C-Suite leaders, Adele is an Executive Director in the Advisory Consulting practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Adele partners with her clients to help them solve their leadership challenges and ensuring they have the right talent to realize the organization’s potential.

Over the past 16 years she has delivered executive assessment and succession engagements, executive coaching and broader leadership development programmes globally. Adele brings an engaging approach to supporting leaders and teams to lead with purpose to outperform.

As an executive coach she builds rapport and trusting relationships with senior leaders to empower them to be more conscious of their behaviours, building self-awareness, inner belief and confidence to achieve their goals and enhance their leadership impact. She has experience of coaching Senior Executives as they transition into enterprise leadership roles across several industry sectors, including: Healthcare, Consumer, Industrial, Financial Services and Professional Services.
