Thank you for reporting a suspected recruitment scam involving Russell Reynolds Associates or an individual claiming to represent our firm. Unfortunately, recruitment scams are becoming increasingly common across many organizations and often occur outside of Russell Reynolds Associates' systems and control.

We take reports of fraudulent recruiting activity seriously and appreciate your help in protecting our candidates and community. Our team will review the information you have provided and may contact you by email if we have any questions or if there are additional steps you can take to help protect against recruitment-related scams. In the meantime, we encourage you to review our Recruiting Scam Alert page for additional information on identifying suspicious communications and safeguarding your personal information.

If you have not already done so, please:

• Do not engage with the sender or respond to any further messages.
• Attach the original email and send it to security@russellreynolds.com. Sending the original message as an attachment preserves the email headers and other technical information that assists our investigation.
• Report the message as spam or phishing using your email provider's reporting feature, and block the sender to help prevent future messages.
• If you shared any personal or financial information, consider contacting your financial institution and changing any affected passwords immediately.
