After your start date, you will be able to access our benefits enrollment and self-service portal.

Take note of these upcoming tasks:

  • As part of our pre-onboarding process, all candidates must go through a background check screening. To facilitate this process, RRA has partnered with Mintz Global Screening, a national provider of background check services. RRA’s background check process is conducted in two (2) parts and you will receive two (2) separate links from Mintz. Please complete both. If you have not received your background check link, please email peopletransactions@russellreynolds.com.
  • Our I-9 vendor, Equifax, will send a separate email link to complete Section 1 of the form I-9. Please complete this on or before your start date.
  • You will receive an email a week before your first day from your affiliated hub or manager with details on your start date including, laptop information, and onboarding schedule.
  • You must acknowledge the firm policies within 15 days of your start date.
  • Benefits enrollment is completed through the firm’s online benefits portal. You may access the portal from the firm’s network, or outside the network by entering your RRA username and password after your hire date.
