Based jointly in San Francisco and Los Angeles, Yen Ling partners with clients across industries to build forward-thinking, inclusive, and effective executive teams. She has a particular focus on assessing, developing, and advising executive teams and organizations undergoing transformational change.
At Russell Reynolds Associates, her recent work includes leadership and organizational assessments, experiential leadership training, executive searches, transition coaching, and CEO succession planning across sectors. She is an expert facilitator and has worked with clients to create scalable programs bespoke to the client’s culture, values, and strategy. She has worked with C-suite teams and boards to improve their effectiveness and culture, as well as train leaders on how to manage biases in search processes.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Yen Ling spent over twenty years in higher education as an administrator, faculty member, academic researcher, policy researcher, and published scholar. Concurrently, she advised and partnered with corporate clients on leadership development, strategy design, and data analytics through a boutique consulting firm.
