Stewart Hoffmann is a member of the Investment Management and broader Financial Services Practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in New York, he partners with leading investment organizations globally to recruit senior executives across investment, distribution, and business leadership functions. His work spans private equity, private credit, real assets, and traditional equity and fixed income strategies.

Stewart brings more than a decade of experience advising diversified investment managers, private markets firms, family offices, and asset allocators on senior executive recruitment, organizational design, and talent strategy.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Stewart worked at boutique executive search firms specializing in front-office placements within the investment management industry.
