Scott is a senior leadership advisor who helps boards and CEOs select, develop, and transition C-suite leaders. He brings more than 30 years of leadership and transformation experience and a track record of hundreds of CEO and C-suite succession assignments across industries.

Scott brings deep leadership consulting and human resources expertise, having worked as a trusted advisor on senior executive performance, transformational leadership, and succession management. He has led globally inclusive teams to deliver strategic initiatives ranging from large-scale enterprise transformation programs to personally coaching numerous C-suite leaders and their potential successors. Given his broad experiences in management consulting and HR, Scott's industry and functional experience spans nearly all business sectors and functional roles.

Scott spent more than a decade at PepsiCo, where he was a Human Resources executive focused on talent management and organizational development. He had responsibility for leading the entire talent management lifecycle, including leadership development programs, succession planning efforts, talent retention, and analytics initiatives for more than 27,000 professional employees. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years with Accenture in the firm’s talent management consulting practice. There, he worked directly with clients’ senior leadership teams to design and drive transformation initiatives.

Scott received his BBA, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, in organizational behavior and business policy from Southern Methodist University.

Scott holds certifications in Hogan Assessment Systems, including Hogan Teams. He is a Certified Executive Coach through ICF and Cambria Consulting. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is certified in the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), SHL, and the Cognitive Process Profile (CPP), Cognadev.
