Sam Horton

Sam Horton advises technology companies and private equity investors on their most important leadership priorities. Based in Singapore, having previously worked in London, he works with clients globally on Board, CEO, C-suite, and senior leadership appointments, as well as leadership assessment and advisory engagements.

Sam has particular expertise across connectivity and digital infrastructure, software, and information services. His work is international in scope, spanning established global businesses and high-growth companies, with an increasing focus on leadership needs across Asia Pacific.

Prior to rejoining Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), Sam spent four years in Enterprise Sales with private equity-backed SaaS businesses, focused on HR technology. He began his career at Russell Reynolds, where he spent six years advising on C-suite and non-executive appointments across the technology industry, with a particular focus on telecommunications.
