Pam Attinger is Co-Head of the Global Technology Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates and co-leads the firm's Global FinTech Practice. She advises public companies, private capital-backed companies, and high-growth organizations on Board, CEO, and C-suite succession, leadership assessment, and organizational transformation.

Pam's client work is focused on software, fintech, and AI-driven business transformation. She advises boards, investors, and management teams across the AI demand cycle, covering software, technology-enabled services, AI infrastructure, digital platforms, and emerging technology businesses. Her work helps organizations navigate growth, technological disruption, and evolving competitive dynamics, with a particular focus on leadership and talent strategies that accelerate innovation, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support business transformation.

Prior to her current role, Pam led the firm's Technology Sector Private Capital Practice and Consumer Technology Practice. She advised investors and management teams on executive succession, leadership assessment, organizational design, and value creation initiatives. Her experience working across global enterprises, high-growth technology companies, and investor-backed businesses provides her with a broad perspective on the intersection of technology, capital, and leadership.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pam served as Global Head of Innovation at Visa, where she helped shape the company's approach to emerging technologies, mobile commerce, and digital payments. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with Marakon Associates, advising Fortune 100 companies on growth strategy and business transformation.
