Pablo Claver

Pablo Claver is the Country Manager for Spain at Russell Reynolds Associates. He advises CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams on how to align top talent with business strategy, drive complex organizational transformations, and build leadership teams prepared for the future. His work focuses on high-impact executive search and advisory mandates across financial services, infrastructure, retail, and energy, both in Spain and internationally.

Before joining Russell Reynolds in 2024, Pablo spent over 20 years at Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Senior Partner and Managing Director. He led BCG’s People & Organization practice across Iberia and Latin America, helping major corporations navigate agile transformations, redefine HR strategy, attract digital talent, and design leadership and workforce models to support growth and innovation. His experience spans Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East.

Pablo holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Law (with honors) from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and completed the Business Essentials Program at Babson College in Massachusetts. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
