Nick Fletcher is the Australia Country Leader for Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in Melbourne and Sydney, he works closely with clients across Australia. Nick advises, recruits and helps retain outstanding leadership talent for digital, technology and services businesses, as well as boards and CEOs. He also co-leads the firm’s Board and CEO Advisory Practice in APAC.
Nick has partnered with some of Australia’s largest companies to bring inclusive leadership talent into the boardroom and has led CEO searches for a number of ASX 50 businesses. He has a particular specialty in helping organisations identify directors with deep expertise in digital, technology, data and cyber.
Prior to this, Nick was a manager at A.T. Kearney, where he completed a wide range of strategy, change management and procurement projects with a particular focus on the telecommunications industry. Nick served for seven years as an officer in the British Army, where he served with both the Commando and Parachute Brigades, and his responsibilities included leading the professional training of all officers joining the Royal Engineers.
