Based jointly in Toronto and New York, Netila Demneri is a member of the firm's Investment Management Practice and broader Financial Services Sector. She leads a range of investment leadership mandates for global asset and wealth management firms, private equity firms, real estate companies, capital markets platforms, and insurance organizations.

She also specializes in the disciplines of finance and risk, advising organizations on how to attract, retain, and develop progressive functional leaders that are equipped to navigate the complexities presented by operating in an increasingly global and complex economy.

Additionally, Netila leads the firm’s operations in Canada, across the Toronto, Montreal and Calgary offices.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Netila worked for a North American search firm focused on the financial services sector. Prior to her career in search, Netila worked for the Government of Canada, where she served as an Operations Manager in the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration.

Netila holds a BA in political science, with honors, from the University of Toronto and an ALM in business management from Harvard University.

She is a founding member of the RTSWS (Rock The Street, Wall Street) Canadian Advisory Council, an organization that empowers high school girls and university women by bringing the M in STEM to life through Financial and Investment educational programs aimed at inspiring the next generation of women leaders.
