Based in Chicago as part of our Technology practice, Nadine brings nearly a decade of experience advising technology companies across the full transaction lifecycle, from strategic positioning and investor engagement to execution and close. Her background includes software, fintech, and emerging technology sectors, with particular depth in founder-led and private-equity backed businesses navigating pivotal growth moments.

Before she joined Russell Reynolds Associates, Nadine worked at William Blair & Company where she was a vice president and co-led business development across automotive, HR, and insurance technology verticals. She has advised on a range of sell-side, buy-side, and public equity transactions, working closely with management teams and their financial sponsors.
