He leads the Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Practice of Russell Reynolds Associates in Germany and EMEA. In addition, he focuses on CFO and senior finance roles, covering all relevant areas from group finance to internal audit and corporate tax. He is also a member of RRA’s global Healthcare Practice.
Based in Hamburg, Moritz brings two decades of executive search and leadership advisory experience, supporting clients across sectors and geographies in mastering their leadership challenges in the functional C-suite. He previously worked with another leading global search firm, where he was an associate principal in their legal and compliance, and public sector practices.
