Based in Zürich (Switzerland), Markus is an accomplished executive Coach, HR executive and advisor with more than two and a half decades of leadership experience across the financial services, life sciences, and consulting industries.

He has successfully led global human resources functions as a CHRO, driving cultural transformation, digitalization of HR processes, and sustainability initiatives in complex, international organizations. With direct experience as a C-level executive, Markus has shaped corporate culture, strengthened governance, and built high-performing teams through periods of significant change.
