Laura Mantoura

Based in Stamford, Laura Mantoura is a key member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners at Russell Reynolds Associates. She advises companies across industries on a range of critical leadership issues, including CEO and C-suite progression, board succession planning and refreshment, IPO preparedness, and inclusive boards. She has specific expertise in corporate governance, board and director evaluations, strategic board refreshment, and board director education and development programs. Her consultative approach focuses on working with boards to co-develop succession plans that will enable leaders to continue to be a strategic asset, helping organizations navigate the complexities and transformations ahead.

Laura’s experience spans Fortune 100, family-influenced, and private-capital-backed companies, both domestically and internationally. She has on-the-ground experience in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Spain.

Laura brings nearly two and a half decades of expertise to clients, including over thirteen years at Bain & Company, where she held a variety of talent development and management consulting roles in London and San Francisco. She began her career as an analyst in JPMorgan’s Investment Banking M&A division. She also served as a board consultant at a boutique board-level executive recruitment firm in London.
