Kristi combines hands-on C-suite operating experience with deep expertise in leadership advisory, helping organizations—from high-growth disruptors to Fortune 500 companies—build teams that drive business impact.

Kristi has held executive roles including Chief Digital Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief People Officer, with experience spanning restaurants, hospitality, retail, consumer services and consumer products. At Topgolf, she led digital business growth and technology innovation, and as Chief People Officer, focused on leadership development and organizational performance.
