Jake Strong

Jake Strong is a member of the Financial Services Practice at Russell Reynolds. He advises clients in the US and UK on CEO, non-executive director, and board chair appointments across the financial services sector.

He also partners closely with our Public Sector Practice on leadership appointments at the intersection of financial services and public life, working with regulators, development banks, and other public finance institutions.

Jake was previously a member of the Financial Technology Practice, focusing on general management and commercial leadership searches. Before that, he supported the firm’s insights, business development, and strategy functions.

Jake joined Russell Reynolds from a boutique search firm, where he worked with private equity- and venture capital-backed growth technology businesses.
