Based in London as part of our Consulting practice, Irina provides more than ten years of experience across talent topics – including leadership development, team effectiveness, and large-scale change management. Notably, she has conducted numerous projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia to enable clients achieve their business goals through talent agenda.

Irina joins Russell Reynolds from McKinsey’s People and Organisational Performance practice, where she drove the human side of transformations across sectors and geographies.
