Hannah Brazier

As a leader within the Global Investment and Wealth Management Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, Hannah Brazier advises companies across the investment, wealth, and family office sector. She works with clients on their leadership hiring needs, succession planning, as well as assessment and development projects. In addition to this, Hannah works extensively on board searches across the financial services sector.

Based in New York, Hannah has successfully completed searches for CEOs, CIOs, COOs, and heads of strategy, product, sales and marketing, investments and research along with other senior positions across the investment industry. She advises across asset classes with a variety of investment and advisory institutions, ranging from global asset managers and asset class-specific boutiques, through the spectrum of wealth managers and RIAs. In addition, Hannah has extensive experience working with private equity-backed financial services companies on executive leadership searches.

Hannah is a member of Russell Reynolds’ Board & CEO Advisory Partners and is a member of the firm’s LEAP Board, advising on promotions and development across the firm.

Hannah previously worked for five years at a boutique search firm in London, focusing on capital markets and hedge fund searches. Before her career in search, Hannah worked for an international school in Thailand and was active in various philanthropic initiatives.
