Based in Zurich, François partners with clients across the healthcare space to develop tailored strategies for finding and assessing capable and knowledgeable leaders. With to a decade of experience within the healthcare practice of Russell Reynolds, he specializes in executive Technical Operations assignments for pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech clients, both in Switzerland and abroad.
Prior to joining the firm, François completed internships at Belgian embassies based in Singapore and Tokyo. Concurrent to his studies, he worked for an international interim recruitment bureau, where he was introduced to search.
François received his B.A. in translation and interpretation, and his M.A. in international relations, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. He speaks fluent English, German, and Dutch on top of his native French.
