Esmeralda joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Deloitte, where she was a manager in the Deloitte transfer pricing group. During her time there, she worked as a trusted client advisor, providing domestic and international transfer pricing and tax advice to multinational organizations across different industries. Esmeralda was also involved in recruitment efforts, staff development, and mentoring, and served as the Staff Champion of the Chicago office for a period of two years. Her early career focused on finance and economics.
