Evan C. Sharp

Evan C. Sharp advises organizations on aspects of executive leadership including search, succession, assessment and development, and other topics. Based in Chicago, he is a leader in the Customer Activation & Growth practice, recruiting and advising growth-oriented, customer-centric leaders across CEO, President, general management and other tech-enabled customer-centric leadership roles. His work spans industry segments and capital structures including public companies, privately-held enterprises (private capital, family-held) and social impact organizations.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Evan worked in management consulting and financial services. Most recently at Accenture, there he advised technology and telecommunications clients on their strategic and operational challenges. Prior to Accenture, Evan was in the Private Wealth Management Group at Goldman Sachs, where he helped analyze portfolios and advise high night-worth clients on asset allocation strategies.
