A certified Hogan Assessor, Emma joins Russell Reynolds from a global executive search firm, where she worked on complex financial services CEO and C-suite succession mandates. Emma deepened her financial officers and sustainability leadership domain knowledge during this time.

Emma is nearing completion of her MBA from University of Technology Sydney. She has also earned a Bachelor of Communication (Social Inquiry) from University of Technology Sydney. Emma holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Swinburne University.
