Elmer Velasquez

Elmer brings over 25 years of leadership experience across executive search, leadership advisory, and human resources with a focus on consulting and professional services firms, technology services providers, and tech-enabled business services companies. Based in New York, Elmer serves leading public corporations, global private partnerships, and private capital-backed portfolio companies on mission-critical searches across chief executive officers, chief growth/revenue/sales officers, chief strategy officers, chief operating officers and global delivery leaders, division general managers, consulting practice leaders, market makers, and professional services partners.

Previously, Elmer was a partner in the global technology and services practice of another global executive search firm for 15 years and served as managing partner of the global strategic accounts program focused on multi-year, multi-service line client-driven growth. He helped pioneer breakthrough capabilities around leadership assessment for selection in large scale M&A and divestitures as well as internal CEO succession programs for global professional services. Earlier in his career, Elmer served as the Asia region head of human resources and corporate services for Indra Group, Spain’s premier technology and services company.
