Based in Miami, Efe works across healthcare industry with a focus on medical device and diagnostics, pharma services, life science tools, as well as pharmaceutical segments. Efe has built a distinguished reputation for working with private equity-backed companies on board, CEO, and C-suite hiring, as well as similar work for public companies that are navigating periods of transition and growth. Having lived and worked in Europe and the US, Efe brings an international perspective to assignments and experience in building global organizations.

Efe joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a boutique global executive search firm focused on private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He held several roles at the firm during its expansion, and was most recently its Head of Healthcare for North America, having previously led the European practice. During his time there, Efe became a trusted advisor to private equity funds by advising them on pre-deal opportunities, leading high-profile board and C-suite searches, and assessing their management team’s ability to drive value creation. Earlier in his career, Efe worked for Financial Dynamics (part of FTI Consulting), where he provided strategic communications advice to global public companies.
