Doris Bi

Doris Bi conducts executive searches for Chinese and multinational companies in the consumer sector. Based in Shanghai, Doris conducts advisory assignments for a variety of sectors, including retail and luxury, consumer products and services, leisure and hospitality and media and entertainment. Doris has worked at our firm for more than a decade, establishing herself as a leading voice for consumer companies in executive search.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Doris worked for another global search firm where she served both multinational and domestic clients across a variety of industries and functions. Earlier, Doris began her career as a marketing supervisor in the cosmetics industry.
