Dean Stamoulis

Dean has more than 30 years of executive assessment and development experience across industries and geographies. He is the senior-most member of the firm’s leadership consulting business, which he co-founded in 2001. Since this time, Dean has led over 100 CEO selection and succession assignments.

Dean’s research and insights have been featured across a wide range of interviews, presentations, talks, white papers, and articles, including in the Harvard Business Review. He was chosen by his field of industrial and organizational psychology to write a definitive book on executive assessment entitled Senior Executive Assessment: A Key to Responsible Corporate Governance. Dean’s ideas were also included in Ram Charan's book, The Attacker's Advantage: Turning Uncertainty into Breakthrough Opportunities.

Prior to joining the firm, Dean was a consultant and researcher in the Management Development Center at IBM's corporate headquarters.
